🌟 Terms & Conditions — The Winners Circle Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for or attending The Winners Circle live online event, hosted by Sesh Naidoo. By purchasing a membership and joining the session, you agree to the following terms: 1. Event Access The Winners Circle sessions are held live via Zoom and are 30 minutes long. Access links will be sent to the email address provided at registration. It is your responsibility to ensure the email is correct and to check spam/junk folders. You must have a stable internet connection and a working device to participate. 2. Membership & Payment Access to The Winners Circle is included in your £8 monthly membership. Your membership is billed monthly and grants you access to all scheduled live sessions while your subscription remains active. Payments are non-refundable once processed. 3. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will prevent future payments but will not refund any previous charges. If an event is canceled or rescheduled by the host, a replacement session or alternative arrangement will be offered. 4. Health Disclaimer The Winners Circle sessions involve physical movement, breathwork, and mindset practices. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before joining. You are fully responsible for your physical and emotional well-being during the session. 5. Recording & Media Consent Sessions may be recorded for training, marketing, or community use. By attending, you consent to your voice and/or image being captured unless you turn off your camera and microphone. 6. Code of Conduct All participants are expected to act respectfully toward the host and other members. Any form of disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the session and may lead to cancellation of your membership without refund. 7. Disclaimer The Winners Circle sessions are personal development tools designed to support well-being and growth. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical advice or therapy.
